okey!(1) whats are you checking for when you preflight!nose wheel- checking the relation between peddals front wheel and rubber- see if the rubber is free eachway on a hard lock!(2) water cooled engines, umm i guess see if the engines drinking water or not, umm not sure, as long as its got water and the system is working , should be fine,,(scooby doo)(3) rotorhead loose bolts , and play in the bearing..jesus bolt, safty pin . ummmm(4) hub bar , its a bit of a thinker that one , sorta relates to the rotorhead and blades, a hub bar you cant see any stress at all, i guess, -your flying in a curcuit and your ASI stops what do you do .. UMMMMMMMM* remain a level flight at such RPMs as you know what your cruse is to stay aloft and come in quicker than normal to be on the safe side, ( i never carry a GPS)your flying home and the gyro suddenly devalops a one per rev stick shake, what do you do ,* you might cut back on the revs slightly ummm panic, get down as quick as you can maybe land if it gets to much..what do you concider the most dangerious aspect of flying a gyroplane* , well with out the proper maintenace , who knows what can happen , leaving the gyro out in public veiw, (fiddle fingers) who knows whats been done while an eye has been lifted, while actually flying ?? umm i dunno , because flying one , you sorta block out the dangerous side, but if the engine stops you know where your going,. its funny flying on ak,s with a fixed pitch blades. they fly different than the birdy larkins,

LeftyQuestion 3 was designed to get you thinking.So you now have a one per rev stick shake and you don’t know why. You may now have a potential problem with part of the rotor system, either blades or hub bar. This is a major concern. You need to get on the ground ASAP, but at the same time you need to maintain the integrity of what rotor system you do still have working for you. My approach would be as follows.• Pick a landing spot now• Workout how you are going to approach the landing spot. • All changes you make to engine RPM or any stick movements need to be done in a manner that limits
