  • Training In SA

Looking to learn to fly a gyro in SA, however I understand there is written materials that need to be completed before going up... Does anyone know where I can get hold of such materials??(obviously the flight instructor would have them, but I am after some sort of stuff I can study before going down there, as we will be travelling a long way)

Never Mind! Best read the destructions first... and it clearly states on the ASRA app form, student pack will be sent out... so I guess I"ll just wait for that then Now to search for a single seater Gyro for mustering.... and ideas???

Hi Brian,You may want to download this "Rotorcraft flying handbook" and read the portion on gyroplane. http://www.faa.gov/library/manuals/aircraft/This handbook is FOC for all. Happy reading.CheersLou
