Ok people lets say some one wanted to build a machine, where can they locate parts they need, like fibreglass suspensions, all the hardware ie best place to order an bolts ect.Lets put up ideas for every one.I spose it just be easier to get it built by some one else, but not all of us have that much time.

The South Australian club had a very good list of contacts of where parts were available - but it may only be relevant to SA - not sure.Worth talking to them though, as it would be a great starting point.Shaun Murphy or Anthony Walker.Ll

Good idea Bones! This would be well set up as a section heading where the only listed info is the Name of Supplier. What they supply. Contact details like address, phone/fax/email contact info. Not where we can lead of the subject lines

Adrian,That is exactly right about aircraft parts that is why i asked the question, as we are a bit isolated from all the big shops down shop, mail order type thing is about all we can get,

Des,Structural parts 6061 T6 as above. Remember you can fashion alsorts of brackets etc from cutting the 2x21/2.Cheek plates use 5083 marine grade plate -5 or 6mm and can be sourced from any boat builder or ComalcoNon structural ie pod mounts etc

surely cant leave out gerry with his seat tanks and rotors. he has a very wide chord extrusion, and rob also has a composite main spar, as well as rotor heads, as do others. this list would be good in the mag for when newbe"s can start getting them at the news agents stand.how far away is that anyway guys?
