                • A good thing about it is that the pump is under positive suction conditions, not like when the radiator is mounted under the engine, if the water is near boiling point this *may* cause cavitation at the pump, with this arrangement it wont happen. The 4th photo shows the bottom entry into the support frame which conveys the coolant to the top of the radiator in the 5th Photo. This all worked out strangely enough without me having to go anywhere to get anything, which is usually what has to happen... this was a 'no frustrations' fit up and happened surprisingly quickly. All the butcherous looking welds have been ground down and look quite presentable with a coat of galmet grey and silver frost.I just hope it works right, not too hot, not too cold and not too draggy.Cheers,Nicholas TomlinAlarmist - www.alarmist.com.au - we scare for you

                        • Mark,Scott Hogan said pretty much the same thing, we all seem to spend more time making sure they fly as opposed to flying them and it can be a little disgruntling. As to me - you bet, righly and roundly sick of it, I would just like to go out and fly but I'm going to make sure this goes properly under stress before I commit to any aviation in it.The last run looked pretty good at 3k revs, I'm going to take it somewhere quiet and split the silence with a 20 min run at full power [5k+ rpm] so I can see how this radiator handles it, probably this saturday / sunday, I'll post the results then.Cheers,Nicholas TomlinAlarmist - www.alarmist.com.au - we scare for you
